Seasons by Shlomy offers poolside dinning with a Mediterranean fusion menu. The menu consists of the abundant seafood in the area, a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes along with several meat dishes.
We also feature daily specials according to the daily catch as well as "you catch it we cook it".
Chef Shlomy, has been in Tamarindo since 2003, Starting at "Pachanga" and currently at Seasons. It started as a hobby in an Italian restaurant in Haifa, Israel after military service; then hobby became passion in Paris's "Le Cordon Blue". Graduating from the French school while staging at "Les Zygomates", Chef Shlomy returned to Israel to work in Israel's high end restaurants and catering services, before leaving to Costa Rica his main focus was on private catered sit-down dinners.
Bringing the French - Mediterranean cuisine to Tamarindo in late 2003, "Pachanga" caught on pretty fast, in 2008 Shlomy opened "Seasons" inside the renovated "Arco Iris" hotel
